I'm in a rut, I'm having withdrawls....
No I'm not talking about the thrift store. I think after working there this summer I won't be having too many thrift store withdrawls....
Presently I am craving to take pictures. TONS of pictures. AAAAAAAAg...I wanna go somewhere beautiful, where I've never been before, and just shoot pictures..

Today started out a little rough, but what day doesn't? I got an email from my uncle saying he's going to try and make it to one of chorale's performances for our choir tour (he lives in and around Norfolk and Richmond, VA). I hope he and his family can make one. I don't get to see them very often.
I'm looking forward to spring break, and at the same time I'm not. I don't get as much of one as some people do because of the choir tour. Kinda bums me out....but oh well. I'm hoping that this will be a fun adventure...even though it will be a lot of work. I'm trying to figure something out that Owen and I could do/go over break too. I don't want to be stuck at home with the parents, but then again since he wrecked his car, the likeliness of us being able to go somewhere away from home and spending the night is pretty slim. But I'm hoping to see him this weekend. If i don't, I wont get the chance to for another week and a half....So i'm really hoping this works.
I have so much homework left to do and not enough time. Music Lit. listening quiz? Yeah....I probably won't have the chance to get around to it, as I won't the remainder of my english homework which requires me to do research in the library. There's just not enough time in the day for music majors. I actually hardcore practiced for the first time today after chorale. That hasn't happened in a while. I'm really frustrated with my Bach and Schubert pieces.....they're really tough. Debussy is coming along really well...but I just...I can't stand the other 3 pieces he has me working on. ARRG! Not only that, but I asked him about rising freshman auditions. No one has auditioned for piano. Everyone that has auditioned has been for voice. It's actually quite depressing. It's hard enough being the only freshman pianist out of all the piano majors, but knowing that there won't be any next year (unless if someone transfers) is not cool :(
I cant believe it's almost March. After spring break, only 2 more months of the freshman year of college. Kinda wierd, but so exciting. First spring break, and then i'll be ready for summer. I've had enough of Meredith for one year...
p.s.- NCSU v.s. UNC: 9:00 ^_^ I can't wait! And i get to spend time with mi padre! |

Can i ask for anything more? God has given me everything I could possibly ask for in this boy. And yet i feel like i don't give him enough credit. I love him with my whole heart, and more than i can ever explain. It's so amazing what love can do to a person. And honestly, I love every second of it. For those who have yet to find true love, when it comes, just know it's the greatest thing you can feel. |
